[Discuss] Aug 2nd Linux SIG ?

I've been having a time trying to control permissions to operate a 
software program which adapts ordinary computer output to HD and a 
couple of others; perhaps Murray and others with more expertise could 
help me out with this. It would certainly be a learning experience for 
all of us. I bought it, good faith, from London Drugs but I never 
encountered something that was so stubborn as far as being able to run 
it, even as the instructions tell, (which are very skimpy) It wasn't 
cheap either, at roughly $60.00, plus the HDMI cable.
