[Discuss] need a data-base organizer program (like the old DBase III &c.)

What about LibreOffice Data Base?  I am not much of a DB person myself, 
but it is/was supposedly roughly equivalent to the old Windows DBase 
Series.  There is a good Wizard which could help you set up (or perhaps 
even import a Windows DBase file). I did play with a bit once, but the 
huge problem with any Data Base is figuring out how to structure it, 
entering the data, and figuring out what kind of reports you might want.
