[Discuss] How to make a live CD/DVD with extras?

I am wondering if there is any easy way (or any way at all) to create a 
Live CD/DVD from another one but with a number of changes that I have made.

An example: I am currently running one machine with a Live Zorin OS-8 
DVD. I have deleted several programs and added others (such as 
Konqueror, Kompozer, Sysinfo, etc.). I would like to create a new Live 
DVD which would have all of those changes. Is this possible? If so, how?
