[Discuss] Free laptop for parts

I have an old Acer TravelMate 2300 Series Model ZL1 that I am about to 
take to the Salvation Army recycling centre, but thought i would offer 
it to anyone who might be able to use it for parts. It has no power 
supply or HD and it quit working a long time ago after  an electrical 
storm -- probably the Main Board was damaged. As far as I know, the 
keyboard, Display, battery, internal CD/DVD drive and the RAM (2X256G) 
are all OK.

If anyone can make use of it, please let me know within the next week.
