[Discuss] Cannot connect to Windows share (CIFS) from one Windows computer

This is probably not really a LINUX question, but thought

On three of four computers running various flavours of Microsoft Windows 
(Vista, 7 Starter and 10), I can connect to my FreeNAS server by typing 
the following in either Run or the file explorer address bar:
\\{IP of NAS Server}\Windows
On the fourth computer, originally with Windows 7 but now Windows 10, 
when I try either of these I get the message:
"This user can't sign in because this account is temporarily disabled."

Also, while I can access the Share from LINUX by looking at "Places" or 
in Konqueror by entering the following in the address bar:
smb://{Free-NAS server name}/Windows
or
smb://{Free-NAS server IP}/Windows

I have not figured out how to mount it. I have done things like trying 
to mount -t cifs and other things I found on Google, but have not 
figured that out. Can anyone help me with these?
