[Discuss] Creating a USB bootable XUbuntu 15.04

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried netbootin and I am pretty sure it created the USB OK, but my computer won't boot from it. Perhaps it is because the USB drive was formatted as exFAT. I will try again by reformatting it to FAT32 and see if that helps.

I've never had any problems with unetbootin.

I tried to make a bootable USB XUbuntu 15.04 system. I tried Disk Creator and it seemed to go OK, and I was able to get the computer to start the boot from the USB, but it said that it could not find an image (or something like that).

Is there a better, more reliable way to make something that will boot from the USB (preferably with persistence)?

Thanks,

Murray
