Yes; I do believe it has to be FAT 32 in order to work properly.

Thanks for the suggestion. I tried netbootin and I am pretty sure it created the USB OK, but my computer won't boot from it. Perhaps it is because the USB drive was formatted as exFAT. I will try again by reformatting it to FAT32 and see if that helps.Murray
