[Discuss] Dual Boot Time changes between Ubuntu and Windows -- fixed

For some time, I have been annoyed by the fact that every time I booted into Ubuntu after using Windows 10 on my netbook, the time would be wrong and I would have to fix it.  Thanks to a suggestion by my cousin, I found this article:

After following the simple instructions, that annoying problem has now been solved.
