[Discuss] Real internet provider in Victoria?

The population lives there because there is no infrastructure anywhere else.

This is historically due to the Canadian government only being concerned 
with supporting resource extraction rather than communities.

The infrastructure is cozied up to the border because governments
for the past 90 years have also been cozied up to the border, 
metaphorically speaking.
