Where do they offer it? I couldn't find anything on their website.
All you need is dhcpv6 support, so you can acquire the subnet they give
you, should be at least a /56.
Do they charge extra for it? Would be awesome if you could shoot me
a link.

You probably mean IPCP and IPv6CP and that would be ppp and is common
standard (sending both isn't a problem and RFC conform). Teksavyy did it
that way too. But they started filtering, Telus does by the way as
well, Shaw too.
If I bring a packet to canada post, I expect that they carry it to the
destination, regardless what the destination is.
I don't want that they open it (for my safety of course) to think about
if they carry it, I don't want that they just put it into the garbage
can, because this month they don't deliver to Japan, without telling me.
An ISP is like canada post, a simple package carrier. That's why I pay
money to my ISP, to carry my packages, nothing more and nothing less.
This practice has to stop, otherwise the internet technology will
become more expensive (guess who pays for the filters which save them
money for upstream traffic) and Canada will stay in the digital stonage.
