Alan,

That is in fact the reset button on that case. The slightly tilted C
is a reset symbol and should depress at least somewhat. If you've had
the front panel off, just double check that it wasn't pressed back on
incorrectly, causing some jamming. Corsair, on my (different model)
case uses a small black button that's impossible to find in the dark
(sits under my desk) and is prone to jam at times when I've put the
case back on.
