Don't agree with you.  The trouble is now I don't know which is worse, 
Apple or Google, along with Facebook I think of them as the axis of evil.

D.R. also have 'droid phones too, as I am told.

I agree with you on that and, as mentioned, I've avoided having a phone 
since day 1.  Of course the term "phone" is an historical misnomer and 
as a powerful pocket computer it might be worth having one without even 
using the phone stuff.
