[Discuss] Raspberry Pi low voltage indication

I am running my Raspberry Pi 3 with power from a 3A powered USB 3.9 bar
and it is the only device connected to it.  Frequently, the power light
is red and there is a yellow lightning symbol at the top right.  3A
should be enough, shouldn't it?  From what I have read, 2A is supposed
to be sufficient. I am wondering if there is something I could look into
or change that would help this situation. The temperature typically runs
between 52 and 64 deg. C., which is supposed to be OK.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Murray
