[Discuss] VLUG Discuss - request admin change - turn off monthly password reminders

I agree with many others: I would prefer to retain the monthly 
reminders. Please do not "flip the switch".  Any who wish to ignore 
those messages can easily set their E-Mail client to simply delete them 
when they arrive.
