[Discuss] Connect Mac to PC

As a follow-up...

I talked with Mark on the phone and resolved the issue.

The problem is that the PC was configured to use a static IP address for the 
LAN, a 192.x.x.x number, while the new modem was providing a 10.x.x.x LAN, as 
evidenced by what the Mac saw.

The solution was to change the PC to get its IP address automatically rather 
than manually, which resolved the issue.

And then the Mac could see the PC resource on the network.

Mark still has an outstanding other issue where the Mac only can get on the 
internet via Wifi, but only talk to the printer through Ethernet, and other 
details we explored but I won't get into here.  But there seems to be a 
functional setup now, to some definition of functional.
