[Discuss] Ubuntu 22.04 apt-get problem

apt-cache rdepends  libc6

....will give you a list of packages that have it as a dependency.

Not all of those will have any issue.  libc is used almost ubiquitously on the system.

Maybe it's just that notepad applicatioopn. Use Kate instead of notepad.
