From what I understand of how things work, "offshore" should simply not even be <br>
an option, that's most likely to yield low quality work that you'd have to redo.<br>
<br>
You can definitely do remote work, but the remote location should be somewhere <br>
nearby. One doesn't have to physically be in Victoria but they can be within a <br>
few hours travel and within a timezone or so, Canada preferably or US. You can <br>
face-to-face with Zoom etc quite easily.<br>
<br>
So someone similar enough to yourself, not required to relocate, would make them <br>
happier and you would save money versus them having the hassle of relocation.<br>
