However, it says that Windows does not support encryption which is enabled by default in Vino and to change this, you are supposed to do the following:</div><div>gsettings set org.gnome.Vino require-encryption false</div><div>when I try this I get the following error:</div><div><div><span style="font-size: 13.3333px;" data-mce-style="font-size: 13.3333px;">(process:3830): dconf-WARNING **:19:42:53:286: unable to open file '/etc/dconf/db/site': Failed to open file "etc/dconf/db/site": open() failed: No such file or directory; expect degraded performance</span></div><div><br></div><div>If I get that fixed, the article goes on to suggest using TigerVNC for the Windows client.</div><div><br></div><div>I am sure some of you do this all the time, so I would appreciate your thoughts or suggestions.</div><div><br></div><div>Murray</div></div></body></html>
