[Discuss] need a data-base organizer program (like the old DBase III &c.)

LibreOffice 'base' handles DBF (DBase) .
It is also portable to all operating systems, uses files.
If you use a cloud share of some kind you can edit and sync your 
database as long as you can point LibreOffice at it.
