[Discuss] malware cleaner for Linux? Any ideas which one and how to use?

I use clamtk (a front-end for clamav) which is in the Ubuntu repository.
I have also used this from a live Ubuntu DVD to find viruses on Windows 
computers. It is also available as a program in PortableApps.
