[Discuss] External NTFS hard drive sometimes says it needs to be formatted when connecting to Windows computer

if windows originally formatted it and it was working before, it almost 
certainly has the correct partition type.

in the fdisk output, i believe ID 7 is the one for a normal NTFS volume.
