[Discuss] CUPS PPD files and printing

Thanks Burkhard,

As I mentioned the vendor supplied PPD doesn't load (with an error that 
it is a bad format). I did try the generic postscript driver, and that 
prints, but only single sided, even though there is a check box for 
"double sided" and it is checked. Clearly the printer isn't getting the 
message that it double sided print job.

Interestingly, on my debian machine, I am using the driver HL-2250DN 
works works (including duplex) fine. Alas, the 2250DN is not a choice on 
the Chromebook.
