Hi,

I had similar requirements and, after lengthy evaluations, I bought this
device last December for about CAD 920 plus tax at Newegg.ca.

Yes, it comes with Windows 10. :-( So the first thing I did was wipe the
harddrive and repartition it.

This store is now selling an open box model for CAD 770, which sounds
like a good deal to me:

The website lists an address in Richmond, BC. I am not familiar with
that business and have never ordered there.
