Hi Ryley,

One thing that you may look into is possible
HDMI negotiation delays.  If you are using an HDMI monitor,
there may be a delay in the graphics card and monitor
during their initial 'chat'.  Check if there is a
way in the BIOS to place a pause for graphics init.
in advanced features for PCI devices.
