Well, it requires the systemd package to have the completion rules
included, else it won't work (see, e.g. certbot unfortunately).

Referee disagrees!  It's a tie, tie goes to ... (/me pockets $20 from 
RedHat...) systemd!


systemd's bash completions are in the following files:

> systemd: /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/systemd-path
