[Discuss] best VNC server for Ubuntu and free compatible VNC client for Windows 11

I am a bit confused by the options for accessing my Ubuntu desktop remotely from Windows 11
I am not sure what the best VNC server I should install in Ubuntu Studio 21.10 (uses KDE) and then which free (preferably open source) VNC client I should install on Windows 11 in order to access the Ubuntu Desktop from Windows 11.
Also, what client should I install on another LINUX machine (running Xfce) in order to be able to access Ubuntu Studio Desktop from there?
Any suggestions on what is really easy to set up and how to do it.
I did find this article: https://ubuntuhandbook.org/index.php/2021/07/access-ubuntu-desktop-remotely-windows-11/which suggests using VINO for the server, which I installed. However, it says that Windows does not support encryption which is enabled by default in Vino and to change this, you are supposed to do the following:gsettings set org.gnome.Vino require-encryption falsewhen I try this I get the following error:(process:3830): dconf-WARNING **:19:42:53:286: unable to open file '/etc/dconf/db/site': Failed to open file "etc/dconf/db/site": open() failed: No such file or directory; expect degraded performance
If I get that fixed, the article goes on to suggest using TigerVNC for the Windows client.
I am sure some of you do this all the time, so I would appreciate your thoughts or suggestions.
