[Discuss] I need a recommendation for a Linux-compatible high-end PC builder

Here we go, ARM8 - 48 cores 2 GHz,  6 channel DDR4.

But only available as of November 2017.

Once again, this will be expensive relatively because it's a 'server' 
product.
