[Discuss] local ISP that provides externally reachable IP address

Hi Everyone, with Shaw going to Rogers it looks like my externally 
accessible IP address will be going away and I can't run my little 
web/email server using Linux from my own home server after the switch.  
Just wondering if anyone else in the area (Victoria, BC) is doing 
something similar and what ISP might provide an externally accessible IP 
address.  They all seem to be using NAT nowadays.
